Return & Exchange Policy

At Elegant Half Sarees, your satisfaction is our top priority. Once you place your order, our team will contact you to gather your measurements, ensuring that your dress is custom stitched for a perfect fit. 

Please note that since each dress is tailored specifically to your measurements, it cannot be exchanged or returned once it has been stitched.

Budget Lehenga Return & Exchange Policy

Budget Lehenga Return and Exchange Policy:

Please note that for budget products, we do not accept returns or exchanges if any damage occurs before unboxing.
To ensure the condition of the item upon arrival, we require a 360-degree video of the product when it is first received.
The video should clearly show the packaging and the item from all angles.
This policy is in place to prevent disputes over damage that may have occurred during shipping or prior to the item being unboxed.
If no video is provided, we cannot process any claims for damages
